The Almost Full Moon Party

Experience a party like no other...

A must-do experience on any traveller's bucketlist, you don't need to fork out for the flights to Thailand to get a taste of the magic of a Full Moon Party, as Lindisfarne Festival is bringing this world-famous party concept to the Northumberland shores this September.

On Saturday night as darkness falls upon the festival, step inside the High Tide Dance Tent and get lost amidst the neon glow of our 'almost' full moon party. Think UV paint, neon attire and drinks by the (colourful) bucket.... and of course no full moon party is complete without a crazy selection of music and a crazier display of fire dancers.

The Lineup

PAUSE PATROL (Ghetto Method)
10.00pm – 11.00pm

Warming up the dance tent we have Pause Patrol setting the scene for a serious party vibe with some deep grooves and disco infused house

11.00pm – 12.00am

One of Newcastle’s hardest working DJs, with 25 years of experience. He is co-founder of LOOP and One20, and most recently been made resident DJ for Hard Times UK, as well as holding down quay residencies at Tokyo and The Apartment and over the years played for Newcastle powerhouse institutions Shindig and Choice. Steven plays house & disco gold with a soul influence and we can't wait to have him play our dance tent!

MARK LOWRY (Shindig)
12.00am  – 1.00am

Easily surpassing over a decade and a half of active service as one of the North Eastʼs most successful DJʼs and producers of electronic music, Markʼs dedication towards production values has landed him gigs and invites up and down the UK at some of the country’s best clubs including Turnmills, The End and Global Gathering Festival. What sets Mark apart from his peers is his ability to spin everything from deep house, techno, disco and club classics in a set, with a determination of it all making sense.

1.00am – 2.00am

Exploring the deeper, darker reaches of the house music spectrum, Shindig co-founder and resident DJ Scott Bradford (Lexicon Avenue) has forged a rock-solid reputation as a DJ who never fails to deliver. From London to Lisbon, Toronto to Tokyo, and South America to Singapore, the affable spinner is regarded as one of the most consistent performers around.

2.00am – 3.00am

Electronic music veteran Gez Varley is one half of the Warp Records pioneering duo that brought us groundbreaking tunes such as “Love is the Message” and the eternal classic “LFO”. Under his own G-Man moniker he has gone on to produce quality house and techno that rocks parties from Berlin to Brazil. This is one set you definitely don’t want to miss!

3.00am – 4.00am

Practitioner has a varied portfolio of sub genre alternativeness with a production credit list that spans the most remote and untouched musical geography. Based in Berlin and with several respected residencies under his belt Practitioner is equally no stranger to dance floor chugs and will close the final party with a beefiness that betrays his new found vegetarianism.
