I bet that you look good on the dance floor
Pull on your skinny jeans and prepare to sing and dance the night away to your favourite alternative and indie groups as Multiminded Music bring their Indie Disco experience to Lindisfarne Festival.
Once our headliner The Fratellis finish rocking our mainstage on Saturday night, slide on over to the Saltgrass Stage for an immersive musical multimedia experience with even more alternative headline heavyweights, such as Pulp, Blur, Pixies, Oasis, New Order and more.
Who are Multiminded Music?
Multiminded Music DJs Fiona and Jim specialise in producing themed DJ events in the North East of England. They host their own regular events at The Ship Inn in the Ouseburn in Newcastle such as the popular Hair Raisers nights, playing music from artists with the coolest and biggest hair and sounds in pop. They’ve also done specials for Prince and Bowie, the Stones vs the Beatles & an 80s-tastic Wham! night. Expect to see people dancing on the tables if you get to one of these. Jim and Fiona also co-produce the popular dance night House Disciples at Bar Loco and are part of a collective of DJs who take turns DJing at Rob & Lou’s monthly John Peel inspired RE:Peel night at The Cluny.
As well as DJing, Fiona and Jim are multimedia producers so their events often feature imaginative video projections. Their aim is to make every event unique and memorable and they intend to do just that when they bring their Lindie Disco experience to Lindisfarne 2017.
